The Mulvane Education Foundation (MEF) performs its work from fundraisers and donations. Donations can be made to the Mulvane Education Foundation at any time. It’s simple! Just click the button below to donate using your debit/credit card.
02. Dillons Community Rewards
The Mulvane Education Foundation has partnered with Dillons Food Stores to help raise money for teacher grants and student scholarships every time you swipe your Dillons Plus card. All you do is sign up!
Dillons Community Rewards program allows Plus card members to designate a non-profit organization of choice to receive a donation based on a percentage of their total purchase. You can help the Mulvane Education Foundation raise money for USD 263 teacher grants and student scholarships every time you check out at Dillons. The more you shop, the more money we will raise.
To participate in the Dillons Community Rewards program, you must have three things: 1) a Dillons Food Stores Plus card, which is available at any store by asking an associate; 2) a valid email address; and 3) a personalized account at the company’s website (which can be anonymous).
Enroll
1) Visit the Community Rewards page on the Dillons website.
2) Sign in OR create an account
3) Click on Enroll Now
4) Search using the word Mulvane
5) Select Mulvane Education Foundation Inc.
6) click Enroll.
03. Concessions
Concessions are another opportunity for the Mulvane Education Foundation (MEF) to fulfill its mission. The Mulvane Education Foundation receives numerous requests to work concessions at USD 263 and Kansas Star events throughout the year. The Mulvane Education Foundation is paid for this, and the money goes directly into the Foundation’s funds. By working all concessions we are offered, we could increase the Foundations funding each year by $2000-$3000.
Unfortunately, we turn down numerous concessions opportunities due to a limited pool of volunteers.

04. Help Pave Victory Lane
Become a permanent part of the Mulvane Community and USD 263 School District! Purchase a custom commemorative brick from the Mulvane Education Foundation to pave Victory Lane at Lycle Couch Stadium in Mulvane. The decorative bricks come in two sizes: 4×8 (single brick) and 8×8 (double-size brick).
You may purchase your custom commemorative brick using your debit/credit card.

Attend Dinner/Silent Auction
The Silent Auction/Dinner is the Mulvane Education Foundation’s single largest fundraising event, held each October at the Kansas Star. The Kansas Star donates the facilities for the event, and provides the dinner and drinks. The Silent Auction/Dinner begins at 5 PM and is completed by 9 PM. The 2024 Annual Dinner/Silent Auction will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2024. You may purchase tickets here online for the Dinner/Auction with your debit/credit card. You may also contact any Mulvane Education Foundation board member to purchase your ticket(s). Tickets for the 2024 Silent Auction/Dinner will be available by mid-August. Golden Raffle Tickets
Join our Golden Raffle for 2024! The lucky winner of the Golden Raffle may choose any item they desire from the live Silent Auction.
The Golden Raffle Ticket has been so successful in the past that it is not going away. You may purchase Golden Raffle Tickets online for the 2024 Auction/Dinner. Only 50 Golden Raffle Tickets are available for this event, with just 30 available online. The remaining 20 tickets may only be purchased with cash at the live event in October.
